📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps • Partner with engineers for high-quality implementation • Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes • Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops • Help evolve and maintain the design system for a cohesive experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications • Experience shipping complex B2B or SaaS products • Ability to think in systems and patterns • Strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy • Proficiency in user experience, interaction, and visual design • Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and attention to detail • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
