• Lead the development and execution of innovation strategies aligned with DoD mission priorities. • Help clients embed cutting-edge technology into real operational use cases. • Engage with startups and small businesses across AI, space, quantum, autonomy, cybersecurity, and more. • Drive the transition of commercial tech into defense applications. • Build trusted relationships across the DoD, venture capital, industry, and academia. • Own the full capture process. Identify opportunities, shape the strategy, lead proposal execution, and close contracts. • Mentor others. Share knowledge. Help build a high-performance culture that makes each other better every day.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field • 4 to 10 years of active-duty experience with operational and/or acquisition experience • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven track record of performance and delivering results • Deep understanding of DoD, dual-use technology, and the national security innovation ecosystem • Operates confidently in dynamic, high-expectation environments
