📋 Description

• Gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement solutions in production for Oracle ERP and EPM instances • Provide customer and product support across multiple Oracle Cloud modules supporting Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams • Collaborate with IT and business areas to configure and maintain ERP and EPM systems • Recommend improvements to Oracle Cloud modules, systems, and processes • Prepare functional specifications for integrations and reports • Drive implementation of current and future systems projects and process improvements • Engage stakeholders and users to determine needs and improve delivery • Advocate for stakeholder needs and represent clients to senior management • Work cross-functionally to inform strategic plans and develop solutions • Identify efficiency improvements and eliminate manual work • Collaborate with the business to implement appropriate new functionality • Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues • Document current business processes and delivered functionality • Support ERP operations during tight close timelines and resolve issues promptly • Prepare documentation for senior leadership and other meetings • Prepare testing scripts and scenarios for Oracle Quarterly Patching events and test instances • Support and train end users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent job related experience/training • At least 7 years of work experience directly related to this position • Strong background in ERP and EPM systems required • Oracle Cloud preferred • Oracle Cloud Certification preferred for both ERP and EPM instances • Reliable internet access • Ability to sit/stand at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of time • Background check and drug screen for pharmacy-related roles as part of the pre-employment process • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as indicated by the US-based applicant eligibility and E-Verify employer status
