📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications • Create and maintain process flows, workflows, user journeys, and system diagrams • Analyze data flows, APIs, system integrations, and dependencies • Work with developers and vendors to implement and improve solutions • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect identification and resolution • Analyze and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Maintain functional and technical documentation • Support integrations with banking, lending, credit, KYC/AML, and other financial systems • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Freelancers must meet the requirements for working on a freelance basis • Include the proposed monthly rate in the application • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role • Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills • Experience with workflows, process mapping, and system documentation • Good understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows • Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io is an advantage • Experience in banking, lending, fintech, or financial services is preferred
