📋 Description

• Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications • Develop immigration strategies aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk • Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations • Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience • Participate in client meetings and deliver strategic insights • Mentor and collaborate with team members • Uphold ethical legal practices

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia • 2+ years of business immigration experience • Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications • Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation • Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly • Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and analysts • Strong attention to detail in legal filings • Deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies
