📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage activities for services provided by the GRIP team • Ensure systems security operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated • Identify service performance measures and actions needed to improve or correct performance • Monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts • Analyze software, hardware, and interoperability testing results • Generate service queries and reports • Manage compilation, cataloging, and retrieval of data • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported system incidents, problems, and events • Assist with developing training materials and communications about company policies, data handling practices, procedures, and legal obligations • Assist with developing and documenting data standards, policies, and procedures • Participate in testing and evaluating tools for implementation • Assist with developing measures of effectiveness and performance • Assist with developing test plans addressing specifications and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of relevant experience • Computer networking concepts and protocols • Network security methodologies • Risk management processes, including methods for assessing and mitigating risk • Cybersecurity and privacy principles • Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities • Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power Automate • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required
