📋 Description

• Define and own the enterprise strategy and vision for the upstream content ecosystem • Establish DAM as the single source of truth and ensure ecosystem-wide alignment • Own commercial roadmap for continuous improvement • Ensure platforms embed compliance by design, minimizing reliance on manual processes • Maintain accountability for end-to-end platform performance across the ecosystem • Serve as the primary business stakeholder representing content operations requirements and priorities • Lead and develop a team of business process owners and/or operational specialists • Ensure alignment of platforms with enterprise metadata and taxonomy frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience • 10+ years of experience in content operations, business process, or digital content ecosystems • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams • Deep experience with DAM, MLR, and/or content lifecycle platforms • Strong experience in regulated environments (pharma preferred) • Executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills • Strong understanding of content lifecycle, governance, and compliance • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
