📋 Description
• Develop, review, coordinate, and execute training programs • Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining Company policies and procedures • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder review and approval • Conduct live U.S. field ride-alongs • Design, develop and enhance monitoring and auditing methodologies • Execute quarterly monitoring and testing activities • Serve as primary Compliance business partner • Deliver timely compliance updates to leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree • 0-2 years of experience • Accounting, Audit or Finance preferred • Knowledge of compliance and regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience with an International Pharmaceutical company preferred • Excellent computer proficiency
