📋 Description

• Support collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable business insights • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for strategic initiatives and operational performance • Help automate recurring analyses and reporting activities • Support development and automation of workflows integrating digital and AI-enabled tools • Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation • Help develop scalable solutions that improve productivity, consistency, and visibility • Document workflows, processes, and solutions • Assist in designing, building, and testing AI-enabled solutions for business needs • Develop and refine prompts and workflows to improve AI-generated outputs • Explore emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications in operations and business processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline • Advanced Excel proficiency, including advanced PivotTables/PivotCharts, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX, advanced formulas, VBA/macros, and interactive dashboards • Ability to independently perform complex data analysis, transformation, visualization, and automation in Excel • Ability to design robust, scalable, and automated Excel solutions • Ability to combine multiple data sources and automate recurring analysis/reporting • Familiarity with MS Office suite • Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English • Exposure to generative AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, or automation platforms is preferred • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or other analytical/automation tools is a plus
