📋 Description

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods • Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification • Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential • Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills • Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
