📋 Description

• Design and steward a Tech-wide agile operating model across Engineering, Product, Data, and Enterprise IT pods • Establish consistent sprint rhythms, definition-of-done standards, backlog hygiene practices, and release planning cadences • Strategically design the organization’s approach to Agile and scale methodologies across departments • Adapt Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe elements to Vibrant’s hybrid program/product context and grant-funded deliverable timelines • Partner with pod leads and VPs to track delivery velocity, surface blockers, and facilitate impediment resolution • Own cross-pod dependency management and integrated release planning • Maintain a rolling TECH delivery roadmap on a regular cadence • Build and maintain delivery dashboards using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools • Manage budgets for multiple agile teams and monitor actual spend against forecasts • Coach and mentor scrum masters, product owners, and technical leads • Design and facilitate agile training programs and communities of practice • Serve as primary liaison on delivery governance questions from the CTO office, program leadership, and external partners • Translate delivery metrics into executive-ready narratives and present delivery status, risks, and trends • Champion psychological safety, retrospection, and iterative improvement across Tech pods • Lead complex cross-domain delivery engagements and establish repeatable delivery patterns • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in agile delivery, program management, or related roles • 5+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity • Deep hands-on fluency with Scrum and Kanban • Demonstrated success adapting agile frameworks to distributed, mission-driven, or grant-funded environments • Strong executive communication skills, including presenting delivery risk, velocity, and status to C-suite and board audiences • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent delivery tooling • Experience building delivery dashboards and KPI frameworks for cross-functional organizations • Demonstrated success leading delivery transformation across multi-team or multi-program organizations • Ability to work fully independently and lead delivery teams with high accountability for output quality • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent practitioner certification preferred • Experience in nonprofit, public sector, health tech, or crisis services contexts strongly preferred • Familiarity with federal grant reporting environments preferred • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders • Equivalent combinations of knowledge, skills, education, and experience may meet minimum qualifications
