📋 Description

• Train customer personnel on proper tool operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols • Coordinate and schedule customer visits based on availability and customer requirements • Maintain relationships with independent customers • Provide onsite consulting on tool operation and shop setup • Provide on-site tool support and maintenance at customer facilities • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on customer tools and equipment • Respond to customer service calls for tool malfunctions and provide diagnosis and repair solutions • Perform on-site calibration, testing, and commissioning of newly installed tools and equipment • Conduct warranty evaluations and repairs at customer sites • Maintain customer tool inventories and service records • Prepare detailed service reports and recommendations • Provide technical consultation on tool applications and best practices • Follow company safety requirements and participate in safety reviews • Travel up to 80% to customer sites across the Southwest territory

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience • Mechanical aptitude and high organizational skills • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, shop math, and precision instruments • Capability to perform equipment setup, maintenance, and repair • Ability to take verbal and written instructions, work independently at customer sites, and provide excellent customer service • Ability to lift within OSHA-approved safe lifting limits and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various industrial environments • Comfort with extensive travel, up to 80% • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and software applications for customer service reports and tool maintenance databases • Associate or technical degree • Proficiency in diagnostic software, equipment management systems, and computerized maintenance programs • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
