📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity of patient demographic data through remediation of multiple source databases and the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI). • Mitigate potential account overlays. • Support the integrity of source electronic medical records through remediation of duplicate data. • Analyze and perform patient medical record merges, unmerges, overlays, and other required data corrections in the appropriate database system. • Solve problems proactively and independently with a high level of accuracy. • Mitigate patient safety risk associated with the transfer of patient information. • Promptly notify all parties involved in corrections across disparate systems. • Ensure corrections are executed in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Associates Degree preferred. • RHIA or RHIT certification preferred. • 3 - 5 years Medical Records experience required. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated; energetic, self-starter; can work autonomously with limited direction. • Results oriented with a demonstrated track record of achievement. • Flexible and solution oriented. • Strong research, writing, analytical and critical reasoning skills. • Strong presentation skills. • Effective verbal and written communication. • Team-based collaboration skills.
