📋 Description

• Support the Corporate Compliance Program and client compliance obligations for multi-employer and complex group benefits administration • Research and interpret regulatory requirements • Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Partner across departments to improve processes, controls, training, documentation, and reporting • Monitor federal and state regulatory changes • Manage required filings and business licenses in applicable states, including COA/business licenses, TPA licenses, annual reports, and renewals • Support HIPAA-related investigations and documentation • Assist with HITRUST R2, SOC 1/SOC 2 audits, control reviews, risk assessments, and compliance training • Maintain compliance calendars, repositories, and communications • Report to the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3–5 years in a compliance, regulatory, or similar role at a health insurance, benefits administration, or related health care industry • Certification or willingness to obtain certification in CHC, CIPP/US, CHPC, CRCM, or equivalent • Experience with HITRUST R2 Certification and SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint • Candidates located in Washington or Tennessee are strongly preferred • Must reside in an approved employment jurisdiction
