📋 Description

• Lead client teams through hands-on, end-to-end HCM implementation, configuration, and testing • Balance time and energy to deliver services to concurrent clients • Build and execute client-side task lists and comprehensive project plans • Support vendor management and third-party delivery dependencies • Plan and lead client tasks for integrations, data conversion, UAT planning and testing, and end-user training • Apply Vintage Hill’s project management methodology to align, plan, activate, control, and close projects • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and provide information and tools for success • Identify issues proactively and propose viable, on-scope, on-time solutions • Contribute to the growth of Vintage Hill’s HCM Delivery Services practice • Maintain current HCM industry knowledge through education, professional publications, networking, and professional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HCM implementation and/or HCM administration experience • Experience leading HCM and/or Workforce Management (WFM) implementations or projects • Expertise in UKG; UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions experience, with UKG Ready a major plus • Strong project management, organization readiness, and change management skills • Ability to build relationships and influence external and internal clients • Excellent personal time management and prioritization skills • Successful track record of improving client satisfaction • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently without daily supervision • Ability to work under high stress, tight deadlines, occasional ambiguity, and change • Willingness to contribute through special projects, blog writing, and other creative initiatives • Preferred: 1–2 years of full-time remote, home-based work experience • Preferred: experience in a Professional Services organization • Preferred: professional experience in client Organization Readiness and/or Change Management • Preferred: innovation and process-enhancement skills • Preferred: demonstrated creative problem-solving • Preferred: preference for collaborative work and sharing credit
