📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate multiple landlord-led clinic buildouts simultaneously • Serve as tenant-side liaison with landlords, architects, and contractors • Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements • Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation • Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify progress and quality • Coordinate handoff from construction completion to clinic launch teams • Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness • Support landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of construction project management experience (commercial or healthcare preferred) • Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred • Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and communication skills (critical) • Experience in healthcare, medical office, or multi-site retail development preferred • Background working with landlords and third-party contractors preferred • Proficiency in Google Suite • Travel required to clinic sites as needed, up to 20% travel
