đź“‹ Description

• Hybrid leadership position with approximately 70% focus on sales and 30% on marketing, overseeing a team of about 8. • Lead wholesale distribution efforts for cannabis CPG products and drive revenue growth. • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to replace broad outreach efforts. • Strengthen CRM usage and reporting; introduce greater structure and accountability to the sales team. • Provide coaching, leadership, and clear direction to sales representatives and brand ambassadors. • Oversee monthly performance-based bonus initiatives. • Oversee marketing campaigns across SMS, digital advertising, email, and traditional media. • Direct creation of marketing assets, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness. • Manage retail merchandising strategies and collaborate with merchant team on promotional cycles. • Supervise the marketing design team focusing on strategic direction rather than hands-on design. • Use data analysis (Excel, Leaflink, Dutchie) to inform sales and marketing decisions and monitor industry trends. • Support new product line launch and facility expansion; align sales/marketing strategy with company growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, or related roles. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams of 6+ employees. • Experience in cannabis or comparable CPG industries (e.g., beer, coffee); cannabis preferred but not required. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. • Familiarity with Leaflink and/or Dutchie a plus. • CRM implementation and optimization experience. • Retail merchandising experience highly valuable. • AI tools familiarity is a plus but not required. • Proven leadership in sales and marketing and ability to oversee a team of about 8.
