📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans. • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders. • Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, ROI, and long-term value. • Build relationships with fund administrators, consultants, trustees, and labor leadership. • Partner cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and drive successful outcomes. • Identify retention risks, growth opportunities, and strategies to strengthen partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating complex customer environments. • Experience presenting outcomes, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences. • Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.
