📋 Description

• Support the optimization and ongoing configuration of Workday under the HRIS Leader • Partner with People, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders • Configure enhancements and troubleshoot Workday across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Performance • Design, build, and maintain people analytics solutions, including reports, visualizations, and dashboards • Use Workday Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Google App Dashboards to deliver actionable insights • Perform advanced data analysis for workforce planning, organizational health, DEI insights, compensation, and operational decision-making • Establish best practices for people data governance, documentation, and self-service analytics • Audit Workday bi-annual release updates and recommend adoption of new features and enhancements • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings that drive action • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency • Build understanding of Virta’s People data ecosystem, Workday configuration, and analytics capabilities within the first 90 days • Support Workday initiatives and identify data quality or reporting gaps • Deliver early-impact dashboards or analyses addressing high-priority People questions • Establish relationships with People leadership and cross-functional partners • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and consistency in people data reporting and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRIS or People Analytics role • Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps • Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Workday • Workday Report Administrator experience, including reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards • Strong technical data analysis skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • Strong understanding of HR data, data governance, and best practices for maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy • Experience working in a fast-growing, scaling organization • Must follow Virta's security and privacy procedures for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA • Legally authorized to work in the United States
