📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and investment roadmap for Virta’s end-to-end member experience • Align multiple teams and senior leaders around goals for activation, engagement, retention and health outcomes • Identify high-leverage consumer product opportunities using member insights, business priorities, clinical outcomes and market developments • Establish personalization and adaptive-experience strategies using data, AI and behavioral insights • Translate clinical and care-delivery experiences into intuitive, motivating and trusted consumer products • Establish experimentation, measurement and decision-making frameworks across the member lifecycle • Translate vision into member experiences, platform capabilities, operating models and sequenced investments • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, Analytics and executive leaders • Lead through influence across Clinical, Coaching, Operations, Regulatory and other partners • Mentor product leaders, strengthen product practices and model strategic judgment • Within the first 90 days, learn Virta’s members and care model, build cross-functional relationships, assess the member journey and data, align stakeholders on consumer product strategy, and establish a roadmap and experimentation approach

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience • Strong track record of building consumer products with measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention and customer outcomes • Strong product judgment and user empathy • Understanding of behavior change, habit formation, lifecycle engagement, segmentation and experimentation • Ability to translate vision into product strategy, roadmap and sequenced investments across complex cross-functional systems • Fluency in data, AI and personalization for adaptive consumer experiences • Ability to collaborate deeply with Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Design and cross-functional partners • Ability to follow security and privacy procedures for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
