📋 Description

• Review and customize pre-scheduled social media posts generated by the client's Cruise Planners system • Personalize generic or franchise-wide content to reflect the client's brand, personality, experiences, and marketing approach • Edit captions, descriptions, and messaging before publication • Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence • Review scheduled content and identify opportunities to improve relevance and engagement • Create social media content, promotional materials, flyers, promotional graphics, and digital marketing materials • Design promotional content for travel packages, destinations, cruises, and other travel offerings • Repurpose existing travel videos into social media content • Edit short-form travel videos with text, captions, and visual elements • Suggest content approaches, promotional concepts, and ways to improve online visibility • Send follow-up emails and messages to existing and prospective clients using authorized systems • Prepare personalized check-in emails and identify clients requiring additional follow-up • Organize client follow-up activities and ensure communications are completed • Provide administrative assistance as business needs evolve • Organize marketing materials and content resources • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing and administrative tasks • Recommend improvements supporting business growth • Communicate proactively about tasks, deadlines, and progress

🎯 Requirements

• Good written English communication skills • Experience or demonstrated ability in social media management and content customization • Basic graphic design skills for marketing flyers and promotional materials • Familiarity with video editing or ability to repurpose existing videos into engaging social media content • Strong attention to detail and ability to personalize generic content • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to follow instructions and work independently • Proactive approach to identifying tasks and suggesting improvements • Strong written communication skills for preparing client follow-up emails • Willingness and ability to learn and work with the client's existing systems • Experience with SOCI / Cruise Planners Social Media System, CPMax CRM, and email platform is required for the role's existing workflows • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software is preferred • Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software is preferred • Previous experience as a Social Media VA, Marketing VA, or Administrative VA is preferred • Travel industry experience is advantageous but not required • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital promotional campaigns is preferred • Experience creating promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials is preferred • Basic video editing experience is preferred • Experience handling client follow-ups and customer relationship management is preferred
