📋 Description

• Edit one main 45-60 minute video podcast episode per week • Cut dead air, filler words, and awkward pauses; tighten pacing • Sync multi-camera or multi-track audio/video when needed • Perform basic color correction and audio leveling/noise cleanup • Add simple graphics, including lower thirds, intro/outro, and episode title cards • Cut 3-5 vertical social media clips per episode for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, with burned-in captions • Publish content in the appropriate specifications for YouTube, Spotify, Substack, and other social platforms • Handle weekly post-production so the client can focus on content and guests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Descript would be great • An eye for pulling “hook” moments out of long-form conversation for short clips • Comfortable with a turnaround of 2-3 business days per episode • Reliable communication; responsive within a day • Ability to follow a style guide/brand kit once established • Detail-oriented, with strong cutting rhythm and ability to keep energy up • Availability for approximately 10 hours per week
