🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Comfortable navigating systems while speaking • Dedicated, quiet home workspace • Windows 11 PC with 8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended • USB headset with noise cancellation • Wired high-speed internet; Wi-Fi-only not permitted • Dual monitors recommended • No MacBooks or Chromebooks • Mandatory certification attendance and completion • Ability to meet attendance and performance benchmarks • Must meet startup and technical requirements • 1099 independent contractor arrangement
