📋 Description

• Own and manage consolidated financial reporting, including balance sheet analytics and net working capital budgeting and analysis • Oversee accounting for capitalized software from inception to disposition under US GAAP and company policies • Manage accounting for unique contracts and partnerships under US GAAP • Support revenue accounting and transactional close monthly, quarterly, and annually • Supervise intercompany accounting, including allocation of expenses and revenues among subsidiaries • Identify and implement accounting close process improvements • Lead complex accounting transactions and provide technical accounting guidance • Research emerging accounting standards and industry trends and implement necessary compliance changes • Oversee and strengthen the global control environment and SOX compliance • Direct and mentor less experienced team members • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting • Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting issues and provide financial and commercial insight • Report directly to the Director, Corporate Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting • CPA certification is required • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager at a US publicly registered company • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Thorough understanding of US GAAP • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Solid organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar size ERP system is preferred • Existing work authorization or qualifying H-1B status may be required; new H-1B petitions subject to the specified $100,000 filing fee are not currently sponsored
