📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors • Schedule blood donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers • Spend approximately 90% of working time on calls • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service • Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes • Overcome objections and use persuasive communication techniques to secure appointments • Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details • Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics • Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within 30 miles of an office in an eligible location • Must work from a quiet, distraction-free home office space • Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics • Ability to stay resilient and professional when facing rejection • Strong multitasking and computer skills • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Paid training with 100% attendance required • Customer service experience preferred • Call center experience preferred • Appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach experience preferred • Ability to work the stated schedules, including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday • Must not reside in a state listed under Vitalant’s hiring restrictions
