📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors from a home office • Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers • Spend approximately 90% of working time on calls • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service • Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes • Overcome objections and use persuasive communication techniques to secure appointment commitments • Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details • Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics • Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the employer's offices in an eligible listed location • Quiet, distraction-free home office space required • Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics • Ability to stay resilient and professional when facing rejection • Strong multitasking and computer skills • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Paid training with 100% attendance required • Customer service experience preferred • Call center experience preferred • Appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach experience preferred • Must be eligible to work in an eligible hiring location; Vitalant does not currently hire residents of Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont
