• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives. • Identify opportunities to grow the respiratory diagnostics business. • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including secondary care hospitals and GP asthma & allergy networks. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and relationship building. • Convert leads into customers. • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback. • Work closely with marketing, customer service and product development teams. • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline. • Provide regular forecasts and updates to management. • Travel throughout Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia as required by the line manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field. • Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • At least 3 years’ outside sales experience. • Strong track record of winning new business, managing a defined territory, developing strategic business plans and consistently delivering revenue targets. • Strong understanding of terminology and key acronyms used within the medtech sector. • Experience working in complex hospital environments and engaging stakeholders across clinical, procurement and administrative teams. • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and best practices, with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce. • Ability to understand customer needs and develop the right solutions while managing and improving the end-to-end sales process. • Strong ability to build relationships and engage and influence healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions. • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, market dynamics and customer behaviour. • Experience with software solutions and engaging AHP’s is highly desirable. • Experience managing complex sales cycles. • Experience in respiratory diagnostics or a related field is highly desirable.
