📋 Description

• Contact pre-identified participants and schedule and complete surveys • Conduct one survey per day or five surveys per week using assigned tools and protocols • Capture participant responses accurately using company-provided tablets and software • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity • Communicate regularly with the research team for updates and support • Administer surveys by phone, Zoom, or in person • Collect feedback on quality of life and satisfaction of individuals receiving state-supported services • Support accurate, ethical, and high-quality data collection for the statewide NCI project

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or working in research settings • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and rapport with participants • Experience working with aging, disabled, or underserved populations • Comfortable contacting participants by phone, video, or in person • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable using tablets, downloading mobile apps, and using other digital tools • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule • Access to a personal vehicle for in-person interviews • Must complete mandatory two-day training in the Cheyenne area on October 7-8 • Ability to complete 5 surveys per week • Ability to use provided translation service for non-English-speaking participants
