📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance on EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems • Install capital equipment at customer sites according to specifications • Troubleshoot and repair Vitrolife Group capital equipment, both remotely and onsite • Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal teams • Document service activities and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication • Travel extensively, minimum 80%, to support installations, service calls, and training • Participate in nights and weekends on-call rotation with other service team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Associate degree in a technical or engineering program • 1–2 years in a technical or engineering role • Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and software configuration • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, networking, and system integration • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including pnemation • Advanced PC knowledge: hardware assembly, software setup, and networking • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across IT and lab equipment • Professional appearance and communication in customer-facing settings • Organized, logical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving • Ability to follow protocols and ask clarifying questions when needed • Comfortable working independently and managing extensive travel schedules • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of a background check • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred • 4–8 years in technical service, engineering, or equipment repair preferred • Experience in electronic or pneumatic systems preferred
