📋 Description

• Collaborate cross-functionality with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documents, address project requirements, issues and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, system enhancements, resolution for customer requests. • Conduct analysis that identifies current business process, system inadequacies, departmental or user issues, business performance measures, revenue and marketplace analytics, or competitor analysis. • Present ideas for process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, while leveraging best practices and professional experiences. • Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and various business units within Vitu. • Communicate with leadership on impacts to changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team. • Ensure appropriate project or user documentation is produced/used. • Manage individual workload and assist with defining and prioritizing tasks. • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects. • Ensures all analytical processes adhere to established business/department standards and protocols. • Perform other duties as assigned or needed. • Travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 5 years’ experience in a related field. • Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to actively resolve problems. • Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences. • Must have computer literacy (including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Smartsheet experience). • Demonstrated experience of problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy. • Understand the necessity and the value of accuracy and attention to detail. • Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Must be highly organized and have strong time management skills. • Must be assertive, confident, and able to work as an individual and as part of a team and strive to exceed customer expectations.
