📋 Description

• Champion customer, business-team, and stakeholder needs throughout product development • Solve important customer and Vituity problems through effective technology-enabled product solutions • Discover innovative solutions and make customer- and business-focused product decisions • Develop and document comprehensive business requirements for engineering teams • Monitor CR inquiries and issues for assigned platforms and ensure timely resolution • Provide knowledge transfers and coordinate activities with development groups • Lead all phases of product development and manage artifacts and business-engineering communication • Capture product data, user behavior data, and behavioral changes over time • Analyze platform markets and capabilities and design or update workflows • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams • Influence stakeholders and secure senior-management approval • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product functionality and user experience • Build and iterate rapid proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks • Define requirements for agentic-system applications and translate prototypes into enterprise-standard requirements • Use AI tools for prototyping interfaces, synthesizing research, and running analysis • Maintain platform roadmaps for enhancements and integrations • Deliver Business Solution Documents and Software Development Lifecycle documentation • Gather and document requirements for platform enhancements and integrations • Develop and update Jira cards • Coordinate stakeholder commitments and related communications • Complete technology and IT methodology training • Pursue continuous learning and identify a mentor for monthly meetings • Complete Scrum.org Scrum Training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or combination of education and work experience demonstrating the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities • 3-4 years of Product Management experience required • Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Curiosity-driven technology learning and application of industry trends to product development • Technology-related certifications preferred • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred • Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals background preferred • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred • Hands-on experience building proof-of-concepts with AI coding assistants or agentic frameworks preferred • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure and/or DevOps/engineering environments preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications • Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology • Basic knowledge of AI tools for generating product requirements documents and low fidelity prototyping • Understanding of product development processes, technologies, and limitations • Ability to understand and document detailed business requirements • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap • Ability to prioritize tasks and features according to product goals • Ability to manage product development projects, timelines, and resources • Understanding of markets, user needs, and competitive landscapes • Basic knowledge of user experience principles • Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to adjust to changing priorities, market conditions, and user feedback • Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle • Strong curiosity about technology and commitment to continuous learning
