📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for assigned capability area(s) • Facilitate sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective ceremonies for the assigned development team • Maintain the team's Jira sprint board (e.g. user stories, acceptance criteria, story point estimation, and backlog grooming) • Convert Mission Architect operational effectiveness guidance into sprint-ready user stories with testable acceptance criteria • Maintain team-level contributions to requirements traceability matrix and track requirement coverage • Participate in cross-team dependency planning sessions facilitated by the Solution Architect and Mission Architect

🎯 Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Agile Practitioner on Scrum delivery teams, and proficiency with Jira • Experience translating stakeholder requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria with formal traceability • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing with operational stakeholders and synthesizing results • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across Government and technical team interfaces • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
