• Analyze, document, and improve business processes related to enterprise applications and the CMI & Remote Access environment. • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders. • Serve as a primary technical support contact and ticket queue manager for the EST - Technical team. • Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions. • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications and related business processes. • Coordinate and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business requirements. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve application and process-related issues. • Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions for recurring system or operational problems. • Partner with developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams to implement system enhancements and process changes. • Create and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and other supporting documentation. • Assist with application upgrades, releases, and change management activities. • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization. • Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, policies, and procedures. • Provide support to business users through training, knowledge transfer, and operational assistance. • Participate in projects and initiatives impacting enterprise systems and business operations.
• BA/BS or working towards a degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications. • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies. • Experience supporting enterprise systems in a cross-functional corporate environment. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and testing methodologies. • Experience facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
