📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Viz.ai platform, including care pathway expansion, AI capabilities, EHR integrations, and life sciences data infrastructure. • Make explicit, revenue-connected prioritization calls across the platform, deciding where to invest, hold, or pull back based on where the growth actually is. • Own life sciences as the platform's near-term growth priority, building the product capabilities and evidence that turn LS partners into a core, expanding revenue line. • Ensure product strategy is grounded in clinical evidence, market insights, and customer feedback. • Own key product adoption targets, including weekly active users, engagement, activation, retention, and workflow optimization. • Develop business cases for new platform investments, lead pricing strategy for new pathway launches, and own product-driven ARR contribution. • Build scalable implementation capabilities through standardized configurations, self-service activation tools, documentation, and integration playbooks that reduce deployment effort. • Lead product launch strategy and commercial readiness, using customer and go-to-market feedback to continuously improve the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. • 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior product leadership role. • 5+ years leading Product Design. • Proven track record taking an AI-native or data-intensive SaaS platform from early traction to broad market scale, with direct ownership of adoption and engagement • Healthcare SaaS experience (clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or healthcare data platforms) is strongly preferred but not required. • Working knowledge of EHR integration standards and healthcare interoperability. • Demonstrated success developing platform-level product strategy across multiple products, customer segments, or care areas. • Proven track record increasing product adoption, engagement, activation, or retention in complex enterprise or healthcare environments. • Strong, demonstrated customer centricity in product development with a track record of building based on direct, on-site time with customers, not secondhand input. • Deep understanding of clinician behavior and the real-world workflows that drive or prevent adoption.
