• Lead non-labor spend management strategy and value delivery for a portfolio of complex healthcare accounts • Shape annual account roadmaps and maintain account plans, project plans, workplans, stakeholder maps, success measures, and activation cadence • Partner with client leadership to prioritize initiatives and establish governance rhythms, including business reviews and EBRs • Lead non-labor spend category initiatives from opportunity identification through stakeholder alignment, execution, adoption/compliance monitoring, and value validation • Navigate client governance and drive adoption of standardization and utilization changes • Define value targets, track progress, validate savings, and communicate benefits through business reviews • Partner with contracting and category resources to improve contract performance and utilization • Deliver executive value propositions, ROI narratives, and decision-enabling presentations • Build and sustain C-suite and cross-functional provider stakeholder relationships • Identify issues, manage account escalations, remove barriers, and accelerate provider outcomes • Lead internal delivery meetings and enforce One Vizient delivery standards • Maintain CRM records for assigned territory to support revenue goals • Translate complex spend, utilization, and category analytics into executive-ready narratives and materials • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with enterprise and sales teams on value cases and scope • Support renewal execution, including modeling, upsells, scope approvals, SOW generation, and invoicing • Mentor delivery-team members and promote cross-team collaboration and consistent delivery practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 10 or more years of relevant experience • At least 2 years of direct, accountable experience making and influencing supply chain decisions within hospitals or health systems • Experience participating in governance forums such as value analysis, capital approval, and executive supply chain forums • Hands-on sourcing, procurement, and standardization execution experience • Ownership of financially measurable outcomes, including validated savings, utilization performance, and compliance • Ability to translate supply chain data and system insights into actions and executive-level narratives • Ability to lead portfolio account strategy and governance rhythms • Ability to lead multi-category sequencing and prioritization tied to client objectives and measurable improvement • Ability to establish durable executive relationships and expand stakeholder engagement • Ability to deliver persuasive executive-level messaging, co-lead EBRs, and guide high-stakes decisions • Ability to own account escalations and resolve complex barriers by coordinating internal experts and client stakeholders • Readiness for broader regional leadership through executive advisory impact, coaching at scale, and enterprise-level portfolio outcomes • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
