📋 Description

• Coordinate consulting activities across multiple client accounts and project teams • Lead project teams to achieve deliverables within established timelines and budgets • Conduct comprehensive assessments of pharmacy and medication management programs across health systems, infusion centers, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and clinics • Develop strategic operating plans using industry-leading practices, pharmaceutical care standards, data analysis, and benchmark comparisons • Lead formulary management and therapeutic interchange initiatives • Deliver consultative and advisory services that translate pharmacy insights into actionable recommendations and measurable client outcomes • Develop and enhance pharmacy consulting solutions, services, methodologies, and supporting practice initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams, client executives, pharmacy leaders, and clinicians to support project execution, implementation, and sustained results • Create and deliver presentations and recommendations to senior executives • Present pharmacy insights, leading practices, and strategic recommendations at national and regional forums

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy degree (e.g., PharmD or BSPharm) required • 7 or more years of relevant experience required • Relevant health-system pharmacy practice experience required • Experience assessing pharmacy programs and developing strategic clinical, operational, and financial recommendations required • Relevant degree preferred • Master’s degree in business or health administration preferred • Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities preferred • Experience leading pharmacy operations, medication management, or healthcare consulting initiatives preferred • Strong presentation, facilitation, executive-level communication, and client relationship-building skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable solutions • Willingness to travel
