📋 Description

• Lead analytics-driven initiatives that deliver strategic insight and measurable value for clients • Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings through clear, compelling storytelling • Plan and oversee initiative activities to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights • Lead Indirect Spend projects and workstreams aligned with statement of work goals • Manage project scope, strategy development, implementation timing, and ongoing communications • Identify and escalate barriers to project success • Facilitate meetings and discussions with client leadership • Mentor junior consultants on data interpretation, analytical techniques, and consulting best practices • Contribute to the evolution of services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital to support sales and practice growth

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Consulting experience preferred • Demonstrated success consulting within indirect spend or purchased services in a healthcare provider environment • Expertise in analytics-driven consulting and strategic advisory services • Ability to interpret complex data, perform analytical storytelling, and develop actionable insights for senior and executive-level audiences • Ability to identify key stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and meet project timelines • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
