📋 Description

• Lead implementation of forecasting, contract strategies, deals, and pricing requirements into the current ERP system • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic pricing for major oil accounts • Develop and maintain trade agreements for major oil accounts and internal and external customers • Navigate internal and external resources to validate and ensure accurate pricing • Align pricing strategies with customer expectations • Plan, modify, and create trade agreements and pricing initiatives • Analyze, determine, and execute process improvements with stakeholders • Analyze deals for accurate pricing • Develop and maintain promotional codes • Drive timely and accurate turnaround for pricing initiatives • Identify transactional process improvements and technology tools • Audit sales orders, identify discrepancies, document findings, and implement changes • Help drive revenue growth and cash flow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree required • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in pricing, marketing, revenue management, or a financial function • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Access, and Power BI • Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously • Ability to analyze data and quickly find solutions to complex issues • Ability to manage multiple sources of information and make independent, timely, and accurate decisions • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Clear and persuasive communication in positive and negative situations • Project Management experience is a plus • SQL experience preferred
