📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with an assigned book of existing law firm clients under general supervision • Respond to email and phone inquiries from an assigned book of business • Assist assigned clients through cyclical events, including Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, and year-end activities • Support client satisfaction and retention through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance • Work closely with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support client needs • Resolve client issues and escalate matters to management as appropriate • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned clients’ requirements • Maintain overall responsibility for client relationships and client retention • Leverage available automation, AI, and digital tools responsibly to improve client support • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • FINRA SIE and Series 6 must be obtained within 120 days • 3+ years of plan/client relationship experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans and applicable ERISA provisions • Good working knowledge of the company’s products and services • OMNI experience preferred
