📋 Description

• Support senior Insurance Solutions team members in marketing and distribution of Fixed Income Solutions, Alternatives, and Equities • Help retain existing sales and bring in new sales • Partner with the Sales team to expand existing client relationships with new strategies • Conduct client, industry, and market research • Develop a strong internal network and understanding of Voya’s offerings and client solutions • Work with investment, client service, marketing, consultant coverage, RFP, and operational teams to accomplish business growth objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of work experience within the insurance or institutional asset management industry • Ability to learn complex investment/product concepts • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills • Awareness of interdepartmental relationships • Project management, organizing, planning, and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving background • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment without compromising accuracy and quality • Strong ownership of projects and tasks • Openness to new ideas and acquiring new skills • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 90 days of filling the position; not a prerequisite • Specialist knowledge in Fixed Income and/or alternatives preferred • Experience at a multi-strategy firm preferred • Willingness to pursue/attainment of an MBA or MS in Finance a plus • Willingness to pursue CFA designation or having passed CFA Level 1 is a plus • Willingness to travel as needed
