📋 Description

• Provide Accounts Receivable and Collections services to customers • Act as expert advisor on Accounts Receivable and Collections services • Research and resolve a variety of complex internal and external inquiries • Efficiently and accurately perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities • Create, review, and recommend necessary documents to generate customer billing • Use a data-driven approach to resolve billing disputes and payment issues • Resolve outstanding aging balances for accounts • Execute internal and external collection activities to maximize cash flow • Recommend billing adjustments, write-offs, and customer refunds • Prepare timely and accurate billing and reconciliation reports

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • One year of experience working in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred • Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with SAP preferred • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
