📋 Description

• Identify, plan, and manage scope, resources, schedule, budget, and risk for large complex projects • Lead cost-benefit analyses, return on investment forecasts, project proposals, project charters, risk analyses, and project schedules • Track actual project results • Perform scope analysis and capture lessons learned • Develop and manage project schedules • Identify and establish stakeholders and project governance • Identify project team resources and secure appropriate staff • Develop and manage project budgets • Communicate roles and expectations to project teams • Escalate issues and recommend solutions to stakeholders and project teams • Create and deliver presentations, status updates, and other information appropriate to the audience • Recognize risk triggers and communicate situations to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders • Mentor and act as a resource to other Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience • 4+ years leading all aspects of large complex projects • 4+ years of experience with standard project management methodology, tools, and/or software packages • Demonstrated ability as a core decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues • Ability to drive results through informal authority, serve as a consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers • Ability to elicit cooperation from Senior Management and other departments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills • Ability to understand and communicate information to technical and non-technical individuals or groups at all organizational levels • Ability to identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete a project • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in job duties • Ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse testing • Employees must follow Information Security and Privacy Policies and may access sensitive personal information
