📋 Description

• Ensure stable operation of in-house software systems and network connections • Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links • Analyzing and resolving end user software program and connectivity issues • Providing end user training • Supporting JAMMEX access requests via DLA AMPS • Providing both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems • General maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications • Applying advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance • Performing vulnerability management

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing • Six (6) years of specialized experience in numerous Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions. • Four (4) years of concentrated, hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software. • Must have hands-on experience with Drupal, JBoss, and Solr. • Clearance Requirement: Secret • Must have applicable Application Administrator certifications, per the DLA Approved Cybersecurity Computing Environment (CE) List.
