The consulting division delivers strategic planning, operational efficiency, financial modeling, market analysis, and growth acceleration to help organizations scale and execute effectively.

📋 Description

• Audit and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups across Vulcury and portfolio sites • Fix broken or missing events, conversions, and UTM conventions • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or similar • Track key funnels, including contact forms, demo requests, careers pages, and newsletter signups • Flag funnel drop-off points • Use Google Search Console and heatmap/session tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar to diagnose page-level issues • Produce a weekly performance summary covering what changed, why, and what to do next • Partner with content, social, and growth teams to set up tracking for new pages and campaigns • Measure the impact of new pages and campaigns • Provide analytics insights and recommendations directly to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate (within ~12 months) in marketing, CS, statistics, or economics are a plus, but not required • Hands-on GA4 experience on a real, live website • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including creating tags, triggers, and variables • Comfortable with spreadsheets, including pivots and lookups • Basic SQL or Python is a bonus • Able to explain a chart to a non-technical founder in plain English • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, async setup • Looker Studio dashboards are a nice to have • Familiarity with Zoho tools (Zoho Analytics, PageSense, or CRM) is a nice to have • Experience with A/B testing or CRO is a nice to have • Resume plus one example of analytics work required for application
