📋 Description

• Own the site selection project portfolio end to end across multiple active sites simultaneously—from initial intake and market screening through term sheet negotiation, due diligence, internal cross-functional review, deal approval, contract negotiation, and lease execution • Coordinate cross-functional site reviews across Construction, Engineering/Design, Network, Finance, Security, and Tax by assigning owners, defining completion criteria, and enforcing deadlines • Drive due diligence workflows, including document/data reviews, site visits, and go/no-go decision packages • Manage lease negotiation logistics, including letter of intent drafting and signature, scope of work development, internal deal approvals, and coordination with external counsel through contract review and execution • Maintain a single source of truth for site status, health, target lease signature dates, and portfolio-level reporting to leadership • Identify and escalate schedule, ownership, and data risks before they threaten deal timelines • Coordinate with operators, brokers, and internal stakeholders to align site data and timelines • Support tax and incentive analysis by compiling site location data for internal tax teams and local government partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, infrastructure development, or related commercial real estate, ideally supporting hyperscale, cloud, or AI infrastructure customers • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, high-value real estate transactions from intake through close, with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through • Working knowledge of power/utility infrastructure, fiber/carrier availability, zoning and permitting, and regional tax incentive structures • Must be located in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must provide a LinkedIn URL and resume
