📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and implementing automated test cases for a software application • Collaborating on testing priorities • Executing tests and reporting defects • Keeping current with testing technologies • Reviewing code and ensuring software meets requirements • Mentoring junior testers • Writing clear and concise test plans and test cases • Maintaining compliance with the knowledge requirements outlined on the department intranet site • Leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Applicable Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related position • Expert level knowledge of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) • Programming language(s) such as JavaScript, Java, C#, etc. • Advanced level knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques • Advanced level experience with automated testing tools and frameworks • Expert level problem-solving skills • Intermediate level communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Intermediate level ability to work effectively in a team environment.
