• Planning, managing and independently executing primarily digital projects • Ensuring quality and the achievement of objectives in all ongoing projects • Measuring service quality, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing appropriate measures in close coordination with relevant departments • Analyzing and optimizing support processes, the customer journey, the eCommerce presence, and the ticketing system
• Degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., in Communication, Digital Business, Project Management, Humanities, Customer Service Support) • Some experience in project management • Independent working style and a hands-on mentality • Excellent German skills, spoken and written (C2), and very good English skills
