📋 Description

• Design and implement verbs for synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer gameplay • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers under the direction of the Lead Gameplay Designer • Tune and balance gameplay elements • Participate in regular playtests and provide and receive constructive feedback • Maintain useful design documentation and ensure a single source of truth • Develop moment-to-moment gameplay features aligned with the game's vision and values

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design role • At least one shipped title in a professional design role • Self-published independent projects accepted for associate candidates • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency with Unreal Engine 5, especially Gameplay Ability System and Blueprints • Passion for games, positive attitude, and sincere desire to learn • Familiarity with one or more programming languages, especially C++ (nice to have) • Deep knowledge of the online RPG genre (nice to have)
