📋 Description

• Build highly playable spaces that support the game’s activities, are easy to navigate, and immerse the player • Collaborate with other designers and artists under the direction of the Lead World Designer • Bring the world to life through environmental storytelling • Participate in regular playtests of your work and the work of others • Provide and receive constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design role • Portfolio of professional level-design work demonstrating talent for environmental storytelling • Strong understanding of artistic and design philosophies, including composition, block-outs, and flow • Fluency with Unreal Engine 5 world-building tools, including PGC and World Partition • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for games, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to learn • Expertise in visual design tools such as Photoshop (nice to have) • Deep knowledge of the online RPG genre (nice to have)
