📋 Description
• Oversee accurate, GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financials • Manage the entire close process • Analyze financial data to drive insight and decision-making • Collaborate on annual budgets and cash flow forecasting • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and accountability for the accounting staff • Own and improve accounting systems and workflows • Serve as a trusted financial liaison for client engagements
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of accounting experience • At least 2 years in a leadership role • Solid understanding of US GAAP • Proven experience managing accounting teams • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting/ERP systems • CPA or strong CPA-track preferred
