• Work collaboratively with Sales teams to create customer specific solution proposals • Participate in customer facing discussions and presentations to instill confidence • Remain engaged through implementation to maintain strong customer relationships • Collect and analyze feedback to inform requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying BSS/OSS solutions • Background in software development and program management • Experience with Agile software development methodologies • Spanish language proficiency is a strong asset
